RN - Intensive Care Unit - Full-time Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at St. Jude Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
