Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Advanced Urology Institute LLC is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for conducting sonographic examinations to locate, evaluate, and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data.
Responsibilities- Select and examine images to determine if the scope of the exam should be extended based on preliminary findings.
- Present sonograms and preliminary findings to physicians.
- Complete documentation and maintain patients' medical records.
- Assist physicians and healthcare teams during invasive procedures.
As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning sonographic equipment, performing medical procedures, and providing exceptional patient service throughout all interactions.
Requirements- Registration with one of the two recognized medical diagnostic sonography organizations is preferred: The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography or the American Registry of Radiological Technologists.
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.
- Current R.D.M.S. Certification.
