We have been providing safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for over a decade, serving more than 35,000 students in 17 states across the country. Our after-school, before-school, and break camp programs offer students a place to learn, play, grow, and thrive.

Program Manager Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality enrichment programs to children using our proprietary Disguised Learning curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of educators who share your passion for creating engaging learning experiences
  • Work closely with school administrators to enhance the instructional experience and meet the needs of students
  • Manage program safety standards, including supervision and record-keeping
  • Promote our brand by participating in local community events and fostering partnerships with schools and families

  • A competitive salary range of $19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on education and experience

Requirements:

  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 12 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field
  • OCCRRA Level 3 Pathway Completion
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, and TB clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education Field
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • State trainings completed and valid
