Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated leasing professional to join our team. This role requires sales, marketing, and administrative skills to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.

• Responsibilities:
  • Lease rental apartments to meet income and occupancy targets.
  • Conduct apartment and community tours to showcase properties.
  • Follow up on phone and email leads in a timely manner.

• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills necessary.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

The compensation package includes:
