Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Cleaning. In this role, you will serve as the primary point-of-contact for selected clients, providing exceptional customer service and support from beginning to end.

You will work closely with Field Managers daily to address requests and issues that may arise, providing operations support to all departments within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling project crews, coordinating estimates, creating and closing work orders, resolving customer complaints, and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to selected clients
  • Work closely with Field Managers to address requests and issues
  • Schedule project crews and coordinate estimates
  • Create and close work orders, including Regional spreadsheets and Project Crew schedules
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide follow-up calls
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Process supply orders and manage distribution of supplies
  • Update client systems to track and bill services performed
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments
  • Complete contract forms and prepare change of address records
  • Identify and recommend improvements in processes and service methods
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred
  • Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) is a must
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone)
  • Results-oriented: ability to resolve challenges and emergencies
  • Multi-task oriented: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer-focused with a can-do approach to problem-solving
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and software
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
