Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technician program
  • National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging upon hire or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire
  • 2 years experience as a MRI Technologist
Preferred Qualifications
  • California Radiologic Technologist License (CRT) upon hire
