As a Mortgage Loan Support Specialist, you will assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including phone and computer work, printing, copying, scanning, emailing, and overnighting documents. You will also review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver them to borrowers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting mortgage loan officers with loan applications and documentation
- Reviewing mortgage loan disclosure packages and delivering them to borrowers
- Managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as 203K and reverse mortgage products
- Providing general clerical and phone support to loan officers and/or loan processors
