Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team of Neonatologists and fellow NNPs in the Tyler, TX region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
- Work schedule consists of seven 24-hour shifts within a 28-day cycle.
- Join a smaller healthcare facility in the Tyler area.
- NICU services provided by NNPs and Neonatologists.
- Average daily census over the past six months has been 24 neonates.
- Attendance at deliveries of premature infants, twins, or high-risk cases is required.
- Average of 5 deliveries per day.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive salary with a 5% annual quality bonus, including 2.5% of base salary paid biannually.
- Negotiable sign-on bonus.
