Job Title: Travel Nurse Anesthetist

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 13-week locum tenens assignment in Jamestown, NY. This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $180-$190.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery.
  • Provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Participate in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including trauma stabilization and critical care interventions.
  • Deliver acute and chronic pain management services.
  • Stay current with new techniques, technology, and medications related to anesthesia practice.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • An active and unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • No flagged or under investigation licenses.

Working Hours:

~5, 10-Hour shifts, 07:00 - 17:00

Education Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program (DNP required as of 2025).
  • Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Continued medical education (CME) to maintain NBCRNA certification and medical licenses.
