**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated Line Cook to join our team at Red Robin. As a Grill Cook Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals to exacting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients;
  • Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures;
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen;
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation;
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
