Job Summary

Hutco Inc is seeking a skilled Blaster Painter to join their team. As a Blaster Painter, you will be responsible for performing blasting and painting operations using marine coating to meet specified contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform blasting and painting operations as directed by supervision
  • Understand and apply blasting and painting specifications, including blast profiles and milage requirements
  • Test and demonstrate ability to hook airlines to the manifold and spray horizontal, vertical, and side to side
  • Identify and correct blast and paint deficiencies as required by contract specifications
  • Sand blast and demonstrate knowledge of blast equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a blaster/painter
  • Ability to perform all blast requirements and functions utilizing all applications
  • Ability to identify and correct blast and paint deficiencies as required by contract specifications
  • Ability to sand blast and demonstrate knowledge of blast equipment
  • Pass drug screen (HFT) and background check
