Position Overview: The Water Division Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations, fostering growth, and developing the team. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulations, achieving performance metrics, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning production and managing procurement processes
  • Formulating operational strategies
  • Conducting onsite assessments of projects
  • Collaborating with the sales department
  • Providing support to office staff, technicians, and sales representatives
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Training staff on new technologies and initiatives
  • Managing workload and staffing requirements
  • Overseeing large-scale project management

Qualifications / Skills / Education:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry
  • IICRC certifications are preferred
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of water damage mitigation techniques
  • Understanding of construction principles
  • Capability to manage multiple teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift, climb, and work in diverse settings
  • Must be capable of operating commercial vehicles
  • Must be medically cleared for respirator use
  • Background check is mandatory
