At Residence Inn Cheektowaga/Buffalo, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Work closely with Housekeeping staff to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement processes to improve Housekeeping efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of Housekeeping activities and performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
