Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and clinic operations.
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with Athletico's standards and best practices.
- Business Operations: Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the clinic's financial stability and growth.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote Athletico's services and reputation.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Licensure: Current professional licensure as a physical therapist in the state where the clinic is located.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification and any other certifications required by the state or employer.
