About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team at Austin Manage LLC.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong work ethic. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for qualifying, educating, and representing clients in leasing, purchasing, and selling homes.

We offer a generous base salary of $60,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive training program will help you succeed in real estate, and our ongoing mentorship and support will assist you in building your sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and educate clients on real estate options
  • Represent clients in leasing, purchasing, and selling homes
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
  • Foster relationships with clients and provide exceptional service

To qualify for this role, you must hold a valid Texas Real Estate License. No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
