GI Endoscopy Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team at The Endoscopy and Colonoscopy Center.

• Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure smooth office operations.
• Know and adhere to policies of the Center and demonstrate fiscal responsibility.
• Follow standards, policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for non-acutely ill patients.
• Understand the unique needs of each age group of the patient population.
• Follow OSHA and other standards for protection against blood borne pathogens.
• Use good body mechanics and remain calm during times of stress and crisis situations.
• Take vital signs and apply V/S monitors and documents appropriately.
• Cross train as a GI Technician.
• Follow employee health and other personnel and staffing policies.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years previous Registered Nurse experience (preferred).
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Current in BLS, ACLS.
• Able to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Able to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
