Job Title: Bartender

Groovy Goat is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by crafting classic and innovative cocktails, exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer knowledge and math skills.
  • Food Handling and Bartending experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
