Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as collecting trash, restocking shelves, and vacuuming the sales floor.
  • Support sales efforts by restocking merchandise, facing shelves, and completing other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Operate equipment such as the trash compactor and vacuum cleaner safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
  • Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for this position.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual maximum.
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
