Job Title: Maintenance Manager

At SP+, we are driven by Our Promise, "Making Every Moment Matter for a World on the Go." As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the maintenance operations in assigned portfolios and developing new business opportunities for SP+ Facility Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance, and repair services, including power washing, slurring, restriping, sweeping, and commercial painting.
  • Collaborate with on-site managers to prepare maintenance and cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and supervise work product.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Valid state driver's license with a current address and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
