Job Title: EAM Maintenance Planner I

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a highly skilled EAM Maintenance Planner I to join our team. As a key member of our Operations and Maintenance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans for our capital assets, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our rail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate asset registries for MTA's Operations and Maintenance departments
  • Utilize the Hexagon (HxGN) Enterprise Asset Management system to track and manage asset maintenance
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to develop scheduled maintenance programs and procedures
  • Review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate with stakeholders and the analytics team to develop trends and recommendations for condition assessments and performance improvements

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Minimum of two years combined experience in maintenance field operation, inspection, and/or construction
  • Strong knowledge of railroad disciplines, including signal, track, structures, communications, power, and facilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and mobile technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with nationally accepted standards: ISO 55000, 55001, 5002, and PAS 55
  • Enterprise Asset Management system and ESRI GIS Mapping
