About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our traveling facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including bathrooms, walkways, and outdoor areas.
- Empty trash bins and collect recyclables on a regular basis.
- Perform general landscaping and outdoor work as needed.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months to ensure safe and accessible walkways.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve facilities maintenance goals.
Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
