Job Title: PHP/IOP TherapistJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PHP/IOP Therapist to join our dynamic behavioral health team at Phoenix Behavioral Health. As a PHP/IOP Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual, group, and family therapy services to patients struggling with substance use and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with evidence-based practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • License to practice independently (CDAC, LCADC, LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW) or non-licensed clinician with strong experience.
  • CCS Certificate to supervise CDAC Counselor Interns.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a mental health/substance use setting serving culturally diverse populations.
  • Ability to demonstrate competency in medical record documentation and utilize evidence-based practices.
