Job Summary

Magicforce is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Centre Rep. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Medicare plans and benefits.
  • Process client requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits a plus.
