Job Overview: Child Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Child Development Lead to join our team at the First Baptist Church Child Development Center. As a Child Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the infant classroom, including planning and implementing curriculum, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with other educators to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom and provide a high-quality learning environment for young children.

This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including partially paid health and dental insurance, paid training hours, and retirement benefits after one year of employment.
