Pediatric Intensive Care Specialist

Access Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Specialist to join our team on a 13-week contract in West Hollywood, CA.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced RN with a strong background in PICU care to provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans to meet those needsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of careWhy Choose Access Healthcare?

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 per year, based on a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts. Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license, at least 1 year of experience in PICU care, and a strong understanding of pediatric intensive care principles and practices.
