We are currently seeking Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC) for full-time positions.
Compensation Overview:
- Competitive salary between $52,400 and $91,800 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Compensation is influenced by education, experience, licensure, clinical hours, and other relevant factors.
Essential Qualifications:
- Licensure in the state of Arkansas is required
- Specializations in LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC
- Experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Proficient in basic technology and computer skills
- Self-motivated therapists who can quickly establish rapport with clients
