Dishwasher Responsibilities

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a dishwasher. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine
  • Cleaning production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
  • Maintaining or exceeding standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
  • Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Practicing all safety and loss prevention procedures
  • Recording and maintaining documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance
  • Assisting in receiving food and non-food supplies
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of previous experience preferred
  • The ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities
