Job Title: Day Porter

Controlled Contamination Services is a leading provider of facility solutions and technical services. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Day Porter is responsible for performing daily janitorial tasks at a defined customer facility or office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
  • Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:

The Day Porter will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is essential.
