Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and develop a plan of care to meet their physical therapy goals
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
  • Document and record patients' conditions and progress
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure
  • Current CPR certification
