Summary: The Timber at Holly Branch is a charming boutique hotel. The Morning Meal Service Associate will play a vital role in the setup, maintenance, and closing of the breakfast buffet, beverage station, and dining areas, ensuring a consistent and timely service that aligns with the hotel's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the dining area and tables for service, focusing on cleanliness and organization.
  • Establish and uphold the breakfast buffet according to a pre-defined layout and the expected number of guests.
  • Set up and manage the beverage station effectively.
  • Clean and reset tables and dining areas promptly after guest departures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables and dining areas at all times.
  • Assist with kitchen cleanup as needed.
  • Complete daily opening and closing tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with management and all service and kitchen team members.
  • Comply with all relevant health department regulations and customer service standards.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Preferred: Minimum of two years of experience in a full-service dining establishment.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English to interact with guests, the public, and team members.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform under pressure and manage stressful situations during peak times.

Interpersonal skills to ensure overall customer satisfaction.


Physical Requirements: Must be capable of bending, stooping, climbing stairs, twisting, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 55 lbs. Must be able to stand and move continuously throughout the workday. Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions is essential.
