Dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Needed for Sparta School District

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Sparta, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves working with K-12th-grade students, providing personalized learning plans to support their unique needs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing students' communication skills, developing strategies to improve their abilities, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities- Assess students' communication skills and develop individualized learning plans
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support students' language development
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate speech therapy into the educational setting
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- At least 1+ years of experience working with students in a school or pediatric clinic setting
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
