Aerotek is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Fullerton, California, for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This position involves performing general inspection work in three basic areas: receiving inspection, creating first article Inspection (FAI) using AS9102 form, and final and shipping inspection.

  • The ideal candidate will be capable of measuring parts to verify accuracy of dimensions, using standard and/or special CMM measuring equipment. They will test units for specification conformance, using measuring test equipment as may be required by that specification.

  • The Quality Assurance Specialist will stamp or approve acceptable parts and prepare the necessary paperwork to document the results. They will also maintain all required inspection records as per procedures.

Requirements:

  • Receiving inspection
  • Creating first article Inspection (FAI) using AS9102 form
  • In-process inspection
  • Final and shipping inspection
  • Using standard and/or special CMM measuring equipment
