Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to clients, focusing on mechanical design enhancements, hydraulic adjustments, and vibration analysis.
- Conduct thorough onsite evaluations to diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with various products.
- Identify opportunities for new business to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to offer technical insights and support during customer interactions.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation, including drawings and reports, to facilitate service center operations.
- Oversee the technical design aspects of packaging pumpsets, ensuring optimal performance for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in pump systems and hydraulic interfaces.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft software and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
