Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting excellence in hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change and replace all bed linens and towels
  • Sanitize and clean all restrooms
  • Dust/wipe down all room surfaces
  • Vacuum/mop all floors
  • Restock all room amenities
  • Assure all rooms are set up to company standards
  • Clean and maintain personal workstation
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Maintain a safe facility and use safety first practices
Requirements
  • Ability to learn and operate a cash register
  • Ability to learn and perform basic office/clerical tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills, organization skills, and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.
