Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Full-Time Beauty Sales Associate to enhance our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who are eager to boost store sales and enjoy the benefits of our incentive programs. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, thrive in collaborative environments, and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Engage clients through consultative selling, showcasing new products and current promotions.
- Drive sales by ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently process transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain accurate store promotions, signage, and visual merchandising.
- Handle cash and perform opening and closing procedures.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Execute additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Willingness to acquire product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
- Strong visual merchandising capabilities.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in retail is essential.
- Experience as a Hairstylist or Esthetician is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work weekends.
