Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and inclusive living environment for approximately 200 cadets, promoting a culture of respect, discipline, and leadership development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall cadet experience, aligning with the Academy's commitment to integrity, excellence, and respect.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cadet performance, conduct, and progress, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to promote a seamless transition between academic and extracurricular activities, enhancing the overall educational experience.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate cadets on essential skills, such as leadership development, conflict resolution, and time management, to support their personal and professional growth.
- Conduct regular evaluations of cadet performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions to support their success.
- Provide crisis intervention and support services to cadets experiencing personal or academic challenges, connecting them with relevant resources and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national organizations to secure funding, resources, and partnerships to support the Academy's mission and goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, laws, and policies governing higher education, employment, and student affairs.
