Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate a diverse range of professional materials, including content, videos, infographics, articles, and other publications for the social media department.
- Monitor the content calendar to ensure timely completion of all tasks (this will involve checking project management tools throughout the day to review and reassign tasks).
- Assess graphics created in design software to confirm compliance with ARO and Norm Therapy standards.
- Modify content to align with specified style, tone, and length requirements.
- Verify the appropriate use of hashtags in each social media post.
- Ensure that social media content adheres to established style, formatting, and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in weekly departmental meetings and biweekly all-staff gatherings.
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability and dependability with respect to prompt task completion.
- Some familiarity with design and project management tools is preferred.
- A commitment to volunteering 8-10 hours per week.
