Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge as a nurse.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
