Job Summary

Delhi Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Recreation Aide to join our team. As a Recreation Aide, you will be responsible for implementing recreation procedures, scheduling events, and engaging residents in social activities. Key Responsibilities

• Implement recreation procedures as directed by the Recreation Director
• Schedule movies, plan parties, and provide games/activities for residents
• Encourage residents to participate in recreational social activities
• Assist in-room residents with daily tasks and provide emotional support
• Participate in re-motivation and reality orientation sessions to promote resident well-being

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• General work experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
