Position Summary:

CereCore is in search of a Senior PAM Security Engineer to contribute to our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure privileged access management solutions, encompassing password vaults, session recording, multi-factor authentication, and least privilege technologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical specifications for PAM deployments.
  • Establish and uphold PAM policies, procedures, and documentation for user onboarding, access provisioning, and recertification processes.
  • Oversee changes in accordance with change management protocols for supported systems.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and security best practices.
  • Investigate and address PAM-related incidents, including password policy breaches, access control challenges, and system vulnerabilities.
  • Facilitate the integration of PAM solutions into existing systems and applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption.
  • Generate reports and metrics, including alerts and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Document technical requirements through collaboration with business users.
  • Monitor and analyze PAM system logs and reports, proactively identifying and mitigating security risks or unusual activities.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to IT teams and end-users, troubleshooting and resolving PAM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to assess and implement new PAM technologies and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about emerging PAM trends, tools, and technologies, offering recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analyst role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and/or Information Technology.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CISSP
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  • CISM

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of privileged access management principles and practices.
  • Experience in configuring and managing PAM solutions, including password vaults and access control systems.
  • Familiarity with authentication methods, such as multi-factor authentication and single sign-on.
  • Advanced understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.
  • Proficient in risk management, incident response, and security policy development.
  • Experience with cloud architectures and platform services.
