Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Mentoring: Prepare and deliver high-quality courses that align with our college's mission and values, while mentoring and advising students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Curriculum Development: Participate in the development, assessment, and modification of our curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective in preparing students for their future careers.
- Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your subject-matter expertise, instructional effectiveness, and commitment to excellence as a Christian educator.
- Education: Hold an accredited terminal degree in your teaching field.
- Experience: Possess mastery of your subject matter and a strong commitment to Christian values.
- Skills: Be comfortable with technology, including a personal computer, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
