Job Title: Critical Care Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the ICU department. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care to critically ill patients
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care
• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Participate in Rapid Response and code events
• Promote continuous quality improvement
• Instruct and counsel patients/families

Qualifications:
• 2 years of recent experience in ICU
• Valid State RN License
• BLS required at hire
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• Preferred qualifications: clinical experience
