Job Title: Clinical Therapist

The Relient Health team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our staff at a skilled nursing facility. This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients.

Requirements:
  • A valid Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to apply
  • Graduate degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
  • CPR Certification
  • BLS Certification
This position may be suitable for a CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Screening patients for speech therapy services
  • Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
  • Documenting patient progress
  • Overseeing Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (if applicable)
  • Developing new programs to enhance speech therapy services
  • Patient education and counseling
  • Delivering high-quality speech therapy services
