Sales and Wellness Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales and Wellness Professional to join our team at Stretch Zone - 1016. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.
About You:- You have prior sales experience in the health and wellness industry or are eager to learn and grow in this field.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You are results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive membership sales by promoting the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and encouraging add-on sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, scheduling consultations, answering phone calls, and addressing client concerns.
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals, building positive relationships with clients and colleagues, and upholding our values and mission.
The estimated salary for this role is $20-$28 per hour, with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as bonus opportunities, free uniforms, and career growth opportunities.
