Carle Health is seeking an additional highly skilled BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join its esteemed medical team at Carle McLean County Orthopedics in Bloomington, Illinois.
The successful candidate will be comfortable taking General Ortho call and have fellowship training or equivalent experience. The practice offers a collaborative environment with 5 BC Orthopedic surgeons, 2 BC Pain Management Physicians, 2 Sports Medicine physicians, 2 Surgical DPMs, 8 Advanced Practice Providers, 9 Physical Therapists, 3 Occupational Therapists, and a licensed Sports Psychologist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. The clinic/surgery split is 2 days clinic, 2 days surgery, and .5 day at one of our outreach clinic/surgery locations. A rotating call schedule with no trauma call ensures a healthy work-life balance.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $500,000 per year, based on national averages and the location. Excellent benefits include health/dental/life insurance, a 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage.
