Neonatal Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician Assistant to join our team at Envision Physician Services - RAD/W&C. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our growing NICU.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Neonatology physician team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our Level III NICU patients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and quality improvement initiatives.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide expert care to our patients and families.
- Independent, autonomous, and strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Strong NICU experience and skill set.
- Self-confident and a team player with a family-focused attitude.
