Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, general liability, medical malpractice, auto claims, and more.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial
• Analyze medical records and other evidence to build strong cases for our clients
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed case files and billing records

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 1+ years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, general liability, medical malpractice, auto claims, or related areas of law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients
