Job Overview
This role involves the preparation and delivery of wholesome meals for students, ensuring a safe and healthy dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established menus and portion sizes as per yield guidelines.
2. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
3. Brew beverages, manage beverage stations, and set up food service areas.
4. Deliver food to staff and students as required, including catering events.
5. Adhere to all health department regulations for safe food handling and comply with security protocols.
6. Organize and store incoming supplies efficiently.
7. Follow designated break schedules and assist with dishwashing duties as assigned.
8. Participate in safety committees and attend mandatory training sessions.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Uphold all company policies and procedures consistently.
2. Support the mission and objectives set forth by Whitsons Culinary Group.
3. Meet all food handling certification requirements.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $16.00/hr

Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
- 1 year of professional food service experience preferred.

Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand and execute job tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:
The work is primarily conducted in a kitchen and serving area, requiring standing for most of the day. Duties involve movement in and out of storage areas and exposure to varying temperatures due to cooking and refrigeration. The noise level in the environment is moderate to loud.
