We offer a competitive salary range for this role, estimated to be between $63,000 - $93,000 per year, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Job Description

This full-time Registered Nurse position requires no prior dialysis experience, as excellent paid training is provided. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, collaborating with patients and their families to deliver compassionate and empathetic care.

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families in an intimate setting.
  • Be part of a positive team that relies on each other's support.
  • Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
  • Oversee patients with the support of PCTs, conducting observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg).
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications are beneficial but not required.
