- Administer medications with precision
- Record changes in patient conditions
- Facilitate efficient admission and discharge procedures
- Uphold professional boundaries with patients
- Engage in effective communication with patients and healthcare team members
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR certification from an accredited provider
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience, ideally in the field of behavioral health
